does anyone have access to a beading roller and a brake?
trying to make 15inch aluminum skis

All the places that I used here in Truro are going or gone now Brian.

If you have the blanks cut out, any sheet metal or hot air ducting firm should be able to bead them for you at little cost.

Check with Russ Vining, of Russ Vining Mechanincal. Last time I was in his shop was on Young St, between Windsor St and the Superstore. (Ex prez of HRCC).
