Thought I would pass this along.....

I purchased several small Futaba servos about 1 year ago from Maritime Hobbies, well I finally got to use the last 2 servos and wouldn't you know it, one is defective right out of the box.......so I check Futaba's warranty policy, need my receipt, can't find it, so off to Maritime Hobbies to see if John can give me a copy for warranty........here's the best part.
he says " Harold, bring in the servo and I'll replace it for you" I said,thats ok John, but a copy of the receipt would be fine, but he insists he replace the servo....... now how friggin awesome is that!!!!!!

I'm a firm believer in putting my money in my local hobby store when ever possible, A big Thanks to John Hatt of Maritime Hobbies for standing behind the product they sell.

PS... the store is lookin great guys.... and welcome back Greg Hatt....

I had an issues with a Hitec servo,  John stood behind his sale as well , no questions just took the bad one and gave me a new one .

I think it is fantastic that we have a local store to support us

yes, John has always been good to me when I visit his shop.  also great to see Greg back and active!

Always been fair in any dealings I've had with them. MSC and Wings and Wheels too, I like all of them ! :)

John has once again donated a number of prizes for our fun fly this weekend.  John has always been a big supporter of fun fly events throughout the province and has always donated generously!
