The Gay's river zinc mine is relatively close to the ASRCM field. They have a weather station which may be of use.

Hi John,
I've been using underground weather and they have a Stewiacke station, not exactly sure what station in Stewiacke they're using or how accurate it is. Maybe someone from the area could keep an eye on it as well. It has an hourly forecast of wind as well so would be good to know if I can use it to plan to drive down for the day. I can't post the link as the ASRCM site tells me I don't have enough posts yet. But if you google "wunderground weather stewiacke" you'll get it as the first hit. The hourly forecast is a link about half way down the page. (and yes, that's a w infront, not a typo) Robert |
