Jon's Messerschmitt Me 163 Komet made it's maiden flight wednesday night. a few bugs were worked out and it proved to be very fast and very agressive, especially after the wheels were dropped. Strong climb!

scorpion motor, 8s 5000 lipo. 14/10 prop 2400 watts in a nine lb airframe (after the wheels are dropped)

Thanks guys, and thanks to dad for the video! Of course he had to put on the mishaps on as well! LOL. I was realy suprised how well it flies considering the first few tries. It is the Fly Boys Hobbies arf, but I hated the finish on the plane, so I re painted it. I had hoped to have it for the warbirds meet in Truro but that didnt happen. Work gets in the way. I would have loved to chase some of the other fighters around.

Come on Frank..... I ALWAYS make sure that there is enough Watts ;D ;D ;D ;D
