Seven flyers out today. Great low wind flying in the AM, but windy as hell in the afternoon.  still a lot of flying was done.

1 through 4.  Rob's very nice b-17.  2-2200 lipos, two controllers, each battery and controller running two motors.  retracts, flaps, the works.  a great flyer!

Geoff's radian glider was test flown in wayyy to much wind, but behaved quite nicely.  Did have some wing flex in the turbulence.  Nice glider shown here in a steep approach to get on the ground with all the wind.

Richard sneaked this little bird to the field today, but someone spilled the beans so we knew he had it before it came out of the car.

what an amazing little airplane with the gyro stabilization system it comes with.

I though richard was joking and crazy when he
asked me to test fly it in the wind today.  it's only an ounce or so in weight!

amazingly it was the most stable airplane at the field today.  rock solid in the wind, very fast hands off passes.  incredible and kind of eerie as it is so easy to fly in that tumbling air at the field today.

Nice job of filming Al.
Think I'm going to have to work on my landings though.
