Despite the high winds Joan and I went to the field tonight to fly a test flight with the mobious mounted on my funcub.   Following colin's recent example I mounted the mobious on the left wing eight inches from the tip.  Before fastening I shot some video to check the field of view and that spot misses the prop entirely.  GOOD!

Mounted the camera with a good old 1/4/20 nylon bolt up through the bottom of the wing into the mobious mount. This of course unbalances the wing significantly so looking around my shop I decided to use a lifeless 450mah three cell lipo velcroed four inches in from the right wingtip.  perfect balance!  GOOD!

the light tonight with the sun beginning to set was beautiful and made for some striking screen captures from the video.   That mobious produces amazing quality for a toy camera!  GOOD!

It would be interesting to try the mobius on something with AS3X stabilization like your VisonAire.

Very bouncy there tonight and I think the Funcub wing was flexing as well.   The weight on the wing tips was noticeable flying it.   Hoping for some smooth air Friday when I can try both of them again.
