Been awhile, but I'll be back flying shortly. Gotta send in a new application form for the new year.....where can I find it?

Wow, that's great news. We've missed you and your innovative airframes.

I haven't updated the downloads section for 2015 yet but you can get the 2014 form here

You can just stroke out the reference to 2014. That's all I'll be doing when i update it anyway.
