You can get some good deals at Dealextreme. You have to be careful though, they sometimes exaggerate specifications. I just bought this regulator. It says is good for 12 amps, but it is really only good for 8 amps max, according to the datasheet of the switching IC used in this module. Still a good deal though.

I've also had some bad experiences with deal extreme. Bought a car dvr and it wasn't anything like the ad. Did get a refund when I returned it but your still out shipping and they don't give a full refund. Some stuff isn't too bad, so hit or miss with them.
