Big flying day today, no wind to about noon when it started to move. Got pretty gusty after that and turned into strong crosswind. Still lots of flying and the guys were still at it when I left about 3:30pm.

a bunch of flyers out.

Paul test flew his wildcat and it turned out to be pretty easy to fly. some gear problems on landing though.

Re: at the field canada day jul 01 Reply #1 - Jul 1^st, 2015 at 8:21pm Joe and Craig were seriously into FPV racing with their quads, Joe's a 250 and Craig's his 350QX outfitted with FPV gear. They flew quite a few flights blasting around the circuit pretty close together.

Re: at the field canada day jul 01 Reply #5 - Jul 1^st, 2015 at 8:27pm joe was also flying full FPV flights with his funcub, very aggressively I might add, taking off and landing on the goggles and pulling such stunts as inverted flight, rolls, snap rolls and spins, all on FPV. he had the mobious on board at times, hope to see some video.

Very fast! too much uptrim and elevator adjustment needed. Strongarm Joe made the launch and says it flew right out of his hand.
